Charles P. Adams, CPA provides financial, accounting and investigative advice to business and non-profit organizations. Mr. Adams’ extensive range of clients includes small and medium sized privately held companies with annual revenues up to $100 million. As a consultant he has served in a variety of roles including as an interim executive for companies in transition, board of directors member and advisor in the evaluation of acquisition, divestiture, reorganization and investment opportunities.

He also has an active civil and white collar criminal litigation support practice which includes expert witness testimony and consulting, investigative accounting in the areas of fraud, embezzlement, shareholder and partnership disputes and complex tax litigation.

Further he is a practicing CPA who provides professional services in the areas of accounting, auditing and income taxes.

Prior to forming his management consulting firm he served in senior financial executive positions with several corporations from 1973 to 1984 and with a former Big Eight accounting firm.

Mr. Adams received a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He taught a CPA review course in auditing at UCLA.
